Treat O MarK is a 3-in-1 permanent marking solution from LMI INDIA for the wire and cable industry. It gives manufacturers a durable, lasting impression of marked information (such as date and batch codes) on products where ink marking is normally a challenge, especially HDPE, PE, PP and XLPE.

How It Works

Step 1 – Plasma treatment:The plasma nozzle treats the surface of the cable or wire, increasing its surface energy.
Step 2 – Ink marking:The CIJ printer applies UV ink as date/batch code or other marking onto the treated surface.
Step 3 – UV curing:The product passes through the UV chamber, where UV lamps cure the ink. A blower with a flexible silicone hose keeps the chamber cooled.

An encoder provides line-speed input so the system can respond to the running speed of the extrusion or rewinder line.
